were refinishing our hardwood floors we applied our firstcoat of rexthane,its been just over 24 hours ,we are noticing lots of bubbles,how long before we can sand and apply a second coat ,to hopefully get rid of these bubbles.the instructions are very brief and says noting about sanding.your help would be very much appriected.thank you the bubble family
